Rick Slade

I’m an Executive Information Technology Specialist with over 30 years experience writing code and delivering business systems on a multitude of platforms and operating systems leveraging multiple tools and languages.  My last 20 years have been spent helping clients modernize their infrastructure for delivering software and developing software modernization strategies to resolve associated business issues and create new opportunities for organizational benefit.

I currently work for Compuware, BMC company where I am the Executive Solution Architect for DevOps.  Prior, I worked at IBM Software, Hewlett Packard and Micro Focus.  At IBM, I worked as the Leader of the IBM Tiger team for DevOps sales support.  At HP, I was responsible, along with others, for developing a software modernization services practice within HP Services to help our clients modernize existing business software.  At Micro Focus, I established their initial consulting group to help clients implement efficient and effective software development environments.
